The first is October. When I tried nearly 10 kinds of recipe for kori, I ate kori every day for more than a week. The original, cocoa, salty, sweet... But I haven't complained for so long. I'm still helping me to think about the formula. I'm really moved.
Step1:1. Pour the milk into the flour. Then add the egg. Mix all the ingredients until the batter is not caked (for a perfect batter, see Tips).
Step2:1. Spray a little oil in a medium heat cored cake pan / pan to prevent sticking. Then pour a spoon of batter into the pan. Quickly shake the pan (or use the pancake spreading tool) to evenly spread the batter into pancakes.
Step3:2. When the whole kori cake has solidified and the outermost circle is slightly raised, it means that it can be turned over. Generally, it takes about 2 minutes (the turning time will be affected by the different fire size between the pot and the stove. The turning time shall be subject to the raising of the cake skin beside the pot). At this time, the kori cake should be very easy to lift and turn over (as shown in the middle picture). After turning over, there should be a certain pattern.
Step4:3. I've added banana, hazelnut sauce and nutcracker on the outside. Tips will give you a reference for all kinds of kori pie fillings. It's sweet and salty.
Step5:4. Enjoy.

Salty croissant tip - if you want to eat salty food and mix the batter, you can add cheese, ham, scallion, vegetable and other like ingredients. Spread them directly into a cake. And generally, salty croissant is made of buckwheat or rye flour. Or like Ms. Fang. Add salt and spread it into a cake, then cut it into small pieces and put it into beef soup. It's also a very delicious salty choice. 3. Sweet croissant tip - if you like to eat sweet, you can add some sugar, fruit, jam, etc. but note that even if you make sweet, you should add a pinch of salt to ensure the best taste. In fact, I use a pinch of salt and a little sugar in the picture. It doesn't taste sweet. It's full
