Step5:Add the egg white into the batter three times and mix well. Gently
Step6:Preheat the oven at 175180 degrees. Spread oil paper on the baking tray and pour in a proper amount of cake paste. Smear the surface. Vibrate for several times to produce bubbles
Step7:Bake for 2025 minutes. It depends on the temperature of your oven. Insert a toothpick and it will be cooked if it doesn't stick.
Step8:When the cake is hot, roll it around. It's a little cold. You can put cream on it. Add mango / raisin at the end.
Step9:Gently roll up from the end with stuffing.
Step10:The rolled cake roll is wrapped directly in the baking oil paper and put into the refrigerator. It can be cut after cooling for about 30 minutes.
Step11:Remove the oilpaper. Cut.
