Since the fermentation of Caspian yogurt, I am used to eating two small cups of yogurt every day. I feel that my stomach is much better. Later, I bought a water cutter. Step1:Add a teaspoon (5ml) of sea salt, mix well, slowly pour it on the filter net of the dehydrator, close the lid and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Step2:Take out the dehydrated cheese after 24 hours. Add black pepper and red pepper. Mix well. Do not throw away the filtered whey. It can be used to make bread. If there is no salt added, you can drink it directly or add juice to make drinks
Cooking tips:Black pepper can be put at will. I like the strong taste. Grind a lot into it. Paprika (not chili powder) is mainly to add red flavor. It has little taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
