I like curry all the time. It's nutritious and easy to operate. Let me share my practice today.
Step1:Go to the supermarket and buy a curry. I always use this kind of curry. The basic supermarket has it.
Step2:Stewed rice. If you like soft rice, you can add more water.
Step3:Cut all kinds of vegetables. Potatoes need to be soaked in water. I forgot the specific reason. Anyway, it's so good ~ I marinate beef with soy sauce for a while. It will taste good.
Step4:Marinate the beef for about 20 minutes. Boil the water in the pot. Put the beef in. After about a minute, you will see some dirty things floating on the water.. The purpose of boiling with water is to remove these dirty things. Boil for two or three minutes, take out and wash with water.
Step5:I put all the vegetables together because I don't need to put them in order.
Step6:Add oil in the pot. I don't like to put too much oil. When the oil is hot, pour in the vegetable beef and stir fry it. See if the vegetable beef is stained with oil. Add water to make it equal to the vegetable. Boil it over high heat. Wait for the pot to boil. Change the heat to boil. Taste the carrot in a period of time. If the taste is right, it means it's cooked (because the carrot is the most difficult one in it, so I taste the carrot). Heat it up a little. Add the curry block (a whole block). Stir it all the time. When the soup is almost ready, turn off the fire.
Step7:This is the cooked curry juice. Don't make too little soup, or it will be too dry when mixed with rice. Don't make too much soup, or it will be too light.
Step8:Make the rice look better. Find a small bowl (my bowl is too big, so it's not very nice to make). Put the rice in it. Then pull over and buckle it in the plate. Take the bowl away, as shown in the picture.
Step9:Pour curry around. It will feel like eating curry and watering rice in a restaurant
Step10:It's very good. Another cold dish. It's easy to make a meal.
