Step1:Cut Chiba tofu into strips; blanch celery and carrot (add a few drops of oil and a small amount of salt when boiling); slice streaky pork (try to be fatter before eating); slice onion, ginger and garlic.
Step2:Put Chiba bean curd in a dry pot. Stir until it's yellowish and set aside.
Step3:Put a little oil in the pot. Heat the oil and add some pepper seeds to fry.
Step4:Add in the streaky pork (in any case, fry for a while longer. Try to fry the fat meat to taste good). Add in the scallion, ginger and garlic slices, Chaotianjiao, cooking wine and stir fry.
Step5:Add in the prepared parsley and carrot and continue to stir fry. Try to stir dry the water. Add some salt.
Step6:Finally, add steamed fish and soy sauce. Stir well and leave the pot.
