Step1:Wash the lamb chops, drain the water or wipe the water with a kitchen paper towel. Then add a whole head of chopped onion into the lamb chops. Add a spoon of salt. Spread the salt evenly on the lamb chops. Knead each lamb chops with both hands for 12 minutes. Rub the salt taste into the meat. Then put the onion and lamb chops into the bag. Put them in the refrigerator and refrigerate for one night.
Step2:Prepare some cumin and chili powder.
Step3:Put the marinated lamb chops on the middle grill of the oven. Put a baking tray under the grill to catch the grease dripping from the lamb chops. Put a piece of tin paper on the test tray to facilitate the cleaning of the baking tray. Bake at 200 ℃ for 10 minutes. Then bake at 230 ℃ for 20 minutes.
Step4:Turn the lamb chops upside down. Bake at 230 ℃ for about 8 minutes.
Step5:Take out the lamb chops and sprinkle with cumin and chili powder. In Figure 2, sprinkle a little cumin and chili powder. Don't use up all of them.
Step6:Put the lamb chops in the oven. Bake them at 230 ℃ for about 5 minutes before they come out. Because the power of each oven varies. Oven time and temperature are for reference only. It is recommended that you look at the meat in the oven every few minutes during the baking time, and then adjust the oven temperature properly.
