Step1:Black soil bamboo shoots squeeze the sand out of the belly. Wash it clean. There is no muddy water. Cut short. Run for 10 hours with water and ginger.
Step2:A bowl of bamboo shoots with 2 bowls of water. Cook in a pressure cooker. Season with salt and MSG. Add a small amount of sugar to help the gum dissolve. Stir with foam.
Step3:Cool it in a disposable cup and refrigerate it for one night.
Step4:It froze after one night. More water is softer. Less water makes harder.
Step5:The sauce is free. Soy sauce, chili and garlic.
