It's lovely to see pumpkin pie shape in bean and fruit. I have the impulse to make it myself.
Step1:Steam the pumpkin and mash it with a spoon.
Step2:Add glutinous rice flour, Chengfen and white granulated sugar and mix well.
Step3:Knead into a ball.

Step5:Make small balls. Press four symmetrical pumpkin patterns with toothpicks. Insert raisins into the intersection of pumpkin patterns to make pumpkin handles.
Step6:Steam the water in the steamer. Steam the pumpkin embryo for about 15 minutes. Simmer for about 4 minutes.

Cooking tips:Make pumpkin glutinous rice balls and dry them for a better shape. Steam them with cold potato chips or lotus root chips or oil and then drain the pumpkin. This way, the pot won't stick after steaming. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
