Cooking tips:1. Bacon is pickled and dried. Its surface is often gray. It must be washed with warm water first, and then steamed; 2. I choose ordinary cauliflower. It is not easy to cook. So I blanch and cook it in advance; if I use organic cauliflower, it is easy to cook, so I don't need to blanch; 3. Bacon is better to choose the one between fat and thin. Add a little oil, and stir fry the oil first, so it will be more fragrant; 4. Because bacon contains salt It's a little high, so don't add salt.
