Step1:The butter is mixed with sugar and boiling water. In fact, the butter should be turned into a liquid. If I am lazy, the butter will be mixed with boiling water and stirred evenly. After mixing, the liquid will not be hot.
Step2:Put in naked oats, dry yeast, salt, baking soda and water and knead them into a ball. Knead them vigorously on the chopping board for 15 minutes (the dough is very dry. I wanted to knead it with the bread machine. Later I found that the bread machine can't knead it, so I'd better knead it by hand.)
Step3:Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature for 30 minutes. The dough can be slightly fermented.
Step4:Xingfa good dough pulls out a piece of dough and rolls it out. After rolling it thin, use biscuit mould to press out the shape.
Step5:Fork out the eye of the needle with a steak fork and wake up for another 30 minutes.
Step6:Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees. There is a temperature deviation in each oven. Please find out the temper of your own oven.
Cooking tips:Water needs to be reduced as appropriate, because the water absorption of flour is different. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
