Step1:Boil salt, sugar, water and butter together. Heat on low heat. Melt butter.
Step2:Pour the low gluten powder into the melted butter and stir. Blanch the powder. Stir in the same direction.
Step3:Heat the batter to 50 ℃. Pour the egg liquid into the batter three times. Stir thoroughly and evenly. Stir to the inverted triangle. If not, do not add in the egg liquid. If you stir more, it will be dry and not too wet.

Step5:Brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the baking tray. After laying the oil paper, squeeze the batter into the baking tray (set 200 ℃ in the oven, cool down to 180 ℃ in 10 minutes, and bake for another 10 minutes). Note - do not open the oven door when baking
Step6:Whipped with vegetable cream (fine sugar if animal cream is used).
Step7:Put the cooled puff on the top three-thirds of the way.
Step8:Cream the puffs and cover them with strawberries.
Cooking tips:1. Sugar should not be too much. The skin is soft. 2. When baking, do not open the oven door. Do not enter the air. Otherwise, it will collapse. 3. The pinnacle is scorched yellow. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
