Step1:Wash cabbage. Slice into sections.

Step3:Hot pot, cold oil, stir fried onion, ginger and garli
Step4:Stir fry cabbage quickly until it changes colo
Step5:Add soup, tofu, shrimp skin (I don't have any). Add some salt before leaving the pot.
