Once a friend asked for eel fried rice as soon as he went to eat sushi. Slowly, I also liked eel fried rice. Later, my friend left the city, and I seldom went to eat sushi. I miss the taste of eel fried rice very much. So I scrambled together.
Step1:After thawing, cut the eel into pieces for use. The size depends on personal preference.
Step2:Use water to defrost vegetable
Step3:Beat up the eggs and add 2G salt to stir. Then soak the cold rice in the egg mixture and stir until the grains are clear
Step4:Put 15ml of oil in the pot and heat it, then stir fry the cold rice mixed with the egg liquid in the pot. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute after the egg liquid solidifies. Then add 3ml of oil to the bottom of the pot. Then stir fry the eel for about 2 minutes. Then add 3ml of raw soy sauce and stir fry for 1 minute to start the pot
Step5:The last fried eel is ready. Let's eat it. Don't put too little oil in the pot, it will stick. Too much oil will affect the taste. Just put the approximate amount of oil. It's not 100% accurate.
Cooking tips:I use the braised eel with sauce. If you choose the eel without sauce, you can add some raw sauce to taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
