It's winter. I'm lazy. I haven't updated it for several days. I've been bombarded by messages -) I'm busy at the end of every year. I don't have time to cook several dishes slowly. So every winter, I have special eating skills. A pot of stew is hot. It has meat. It can be used as a dish and soup. It can be used with a bowl of rice or a steamed bun. Watch the soup soak slowly. Then eat it with a big mouth I swallowed my mouth when I wrote here. Today, I'd like a pot of tomato brisket. It's appetizing.
Step1:Ingredients - brisket, tomato, potato, carrot, onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, dried pepper, prickly ash, soy sauce and cooking wine.
Step2:Cut beef brisket. Soak in cold water for 20 minutes to remove blood. Wash and remove. Boil in cold water. Skim. Drain.
Step3:Put the oil in the pot. Put the scallion, ginger and garlic slices, 1 star anise, 3 dried Peppers after heating. Stir fry 10 peppers. Pour in beef brisket. Add some soy sauce and a little cooking wine and stir well. Add boiling water to the brisket. Cook for 1 hour over low heat.
Step4:Peel and cut 3 tomatoes into pieces. Stir fry with less oil to make juice. Then add a bowl of water and heat to boil.
Step5:Pour half the tomatoes into the sirloin pot. Close the lid and simmer for 40 minutes.
Step6:Put the cut potatoes, carrots and the rest of the tomatoes into the brisket pot. Close the lid and cook until the potatoes are soft.
