When we celebrate the Spring Festival in the south of Fujian Province, we can almost see the five fragrant rolls on the dinner table. In our hometown, almost every family can make the five fragrant rolls, but they have different tastes. It's very delicious to drink with it.

Step2:Cut the leg meat into long strips. Those who dare not eat fat will remove both the skin and the fat. I just don't dare to eat, so I only add lean mea
Step3:I forgot to take photos in the middle of one or two steps, so I just dictated it. After the meat and horseshoe are cut, the next step is the onion. It's easy to shed tears when cutting the onion. Let alone chop it. So I use a blender to make mud. Then pour all the ingredients into a pot. Add proper amount of sweet potato powder, five spice powder and pepper powder. Stir evenly with your hands. It's sticky. Then take the tofu skin and spread it on the table. Take a proper amount of mixed stuffing and roll it up and wrap it in a long strip. As shown in the picture. Then steam it in the pot for half an hour.
Step4:After steaming, put it on the plate to dry and cool. The skin and stuffing will stick more tightly. The spiced roll is also good.
