Step9:Turn the egg skin over. Let the layer with eggs under it. Spread the steamed glutinous rice evenly on the egg skin
Step10:After laying the glutinous rice, sprinkle the previously prepared brine on the glutinous rice. Turn down the heat and continue to fry. Pay attention to the side of the pan and slide in a little oil to prevent the egg skin from pasting
Step11:Fry for about five minutes, then turn the bean skin over. If you have the skill, you can use the pan to shake it. Turn the whole bean skin over. If you don't have the skill, just like me. Cut the whole bean skin into several pieces and turn them over one by one. After turning over, continue to fry over medium heat for about five minutes
Step12:Finally, sprinkle the onion and set it up in a pot. It's done.
Cooking tips:The glutinous rice was soaked the night before. It was steamed in a pot. Don't use an electric rice cooker or a pressure cooker. I just use an electric pressure cooker to make it. So the glutinous rice didn't take one grain. It was glued together. Rice paste is made of rice. It can't be mixed with cornflour and a little egg liquid. It can't be mixed with flour paste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
