Step8:Pan fried with a spatula until one side is like a tiger skin. Turn it over and fry the other side
Step9:Pour the seasoning juice into the pot and pour it on the pepper to make it taste good. Sprinkle a little salt agai

Cooking tips:1. Stir the meat stuffing in one direction. 2. If the green pepper is very hot, you don't need to fry the dried red pepper. 3.
