Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Wash the ribs and cut them into 3cm square pieces. Peel and slice the garlic. Put the cut spareribs into a cold water pot. Boil in hot water for 2 minutes. Remove the foam from the meat surface with warm water. Drain.
