Step1:First cut off two long whiskers of each prawn. Use toothpick to pick out the shrimp line at the third sectio
Step2:Pour the oil in the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, add ginger and garlic slices and stir fry
Step3:Stir fry the prawns until they change color. Add in the soy sauce and stir fry. Add in the cold water. Cover the prawns. Boil until the water boils. Open the lid. Collect the juice over high heat.
Step4:Add a little salt. Turn off the heat when the juice is almost collected. Get out of the pot
