This fried chicken recipe was seen in the private room many years ago. The original recipe is not available for examination. I only remember that it is very good. I will make it every time I want to eat fried chicken. Healthy, oil-free and delicious. My recipe is based on my own taste. It's spicy. It's very delicious.
Step1:First, clean the chicken. Add salt, soy sauce, chili powder and cumin powder and marinate for 24 hour
Step2:Mix cornmeal. Semolina, medium gluten flour, pepper and salt.
Step3:Preheat the oven to 400F (205C). Coat the chicken with flour.
Step4:Put it on a baking tray with a grill. Bake in the oven for 2225 minutes
Step5:Remove. Turn over and bake for 15 minutes or until the skin turns golden.
Cooking tips:Note - you can bring the leather side down first. Bake the oil first. Turn it over and the skin will be crisper. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
