Every time I go to the restaurant to eat boiled eggs, it's not good. I've summed up my experience after I failed to make a pot of eggs. Fire and time are the key to loose heart. It's patience to peel the eggshell. It tastes better than the hotel.
Step1:Prepare a basin of ice water.
Step2:I use the black winter noodles.
Step3:The eggs should be refrigerated in advance. Boil them in a pot of water. Put them in the refrigerated eggs and boil them in a big fire instead of a small fire. It takes six minutes from putting the eggs in to pulling them out when the fire is off.
Step4:Take the eggs directly into the prepared ice water and soak for 3 minutes. Then start to peel the eggshell. Pay attention to the yolk is still flowing at the moment. Be careful not to crack the egg white when peeling.
Step5:Put the peeled eggs in the fresh-keeping box. Pour half of the surface dew on it.
Step6:Then cover the kitchen paper and pour a layer of dew on it. Cover the eggs about 2 / 3. Put the cover in the refrigerator and refrigerate it overnight to take it out.
