Step6:Slowly roll it up. Close it tightly and put it in the baking tray.
Step7:Put cold water on the lower part of the oven in the other baking tray. Put the baking net on it and then put the baking tray with bread germ on it. Start the fermentation procedure for the second fermentation.
Step8:After twice the size, sift the low flour on the bread surface and cut the cut with a knife. Put in the middle and lower layers of the preheated oven. Heat up and down for 190 ℃ for 25 minutes.
Step9:Put the baked bread on the air rack to cool and bag. Slice it when eating.
Cooking tips:1. The water absorption of all kinds of flour is different. Pay attention to adjust the amount of liquid when mixing with flour. 2. Please adjust the baking temperature and time according to your oven. 3. The walnuts should be roasted first. The raisins can be soaked in rum. 4. The variety and dosage of kernel can be adjusted by itself. 5. Brown sugar and cinnamon powder is to take proper amount of brown sugar and cinnamon powder and mix well.
