What I do is all home-made dishes. It's quite simple. Zero cooking can be done.
Step1:After the eggplant and Chaotianjiao are washed, the eggplant is cut with a hob. The pepper is cut into small circles. The garlic and onion are chopped. The lean meat is chopped into minced meat for use.
Step2:Marinate the eggplant for 15 minutes.
Step3:Heat the pot and pour some oil into it. Stir fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Squeeze out the water from the eggplant and put it in. Stir fry for two minutes. Add in the chili noodles, soy sauce and Chaotianjiao. Then add a small amount of water, salt and monosodium glutamate. Out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Cooking tips:The eggplant is salted and softened. It doesn't absorb oil. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
