Step1:Mix soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Wash and tear cabbage into small pieces. Do not use the stem part. Slice the garlic. Chop the chili.
Step2:Put some vegetable oil into the pot and heat it. Throw in some prickly ash. Saute it immediately.
Step3:Add dried chilli and garlic and stir fry.
Step4:Add cabbage. Stir fry.
Step5:When the cabbage is completely soft, add the seasoned sauce before. Stir fry evenly. Add some salt to taste before you go out of the pot.
