The family likes to eat noodles with large ribs. They used to cook them in brown sauce. When they saw the scallion steak made by the housekeeper of the kitchen master, they changed the ingredients slightly to make a different kind of steak.
Step1:Percussion - loosen the front leg steak (if you like to eat fat, you can use the five flower steak) by percussion with the cross on the back of the knif
Step2:Marinate - cooking wine, raw soy sauce, sugar, ginger and eggs together to evenly massage the meat. Add in the old soy sauce, a little salt and cornflour, mix well and marinate for 20 minute
Step3:Frying - pour a little oil into the bottom of the pot. Fry the marinated pork chops on both sides and put them in yellow
Step4:Pan fry the onion - leave a little oil to fry the onion into a pot and make it fragran
Step5:Cook - fry the scallion and put the newly fried yellow ribs on it. Pour in the juice. Put 1 star anise to improve the taste. Heat for 5 minutes
Step6:Dish - simmer for 2 minutes. Take out the cooked ribs and put them on a plate. Pour the soup.
Cooking tips:Eggs can be made with egg white. It's not refreshing to marinate the final soup with whole eggs. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
