I made more yoghurt in the morning. I used it to make bread. I didn't use oil or sugar. I didn't expect it to be particularly successful. I want to make a recipe after I've done it. So I don't have a process chart. Please forgive me.
Step1:Add yogurt, egg, bread powder and yeast to the toaster in turn. If the yeast is worried about the effect, it can be boiled with warm water first.
Step2:The toaster reconnects the dough. When the dough is twice the size, take it out. Divide the dough into several small groups. I divide the dough into six small groups. Each group should not be too large.
Step3:Roll out each dough into an oval shape, spread honey on it, and roll it up. Everyone does. Put the rolled dough into the toaster once. Put it in two layers. Each layer has three layers. You can adjust the number of layers at will. Don't put it too full, because the bread will expand at last.
Step4:Second fermentation to twice the size. Bake for 40 minutes.
