Step3:Cut it into cubes. Relax for about 10 minutes. Put it into the 8-inch Qifeng cake mold.
Step4:Sprinkle some flour on the bottom to avoid battering. One layer of meat floss and salad. The dough can be more compact. It will be better when baked.
Step5:It's better to sprinkle more floss on the top floor. It will be better to eat. It's a little less. Put it in the oven after laying it on the first floor. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven. Wake up for half an hour twice. Wake up to about twice the size.
Step6:Heat up and down 180 degrees. Preheat for about 10 minutes. My home is Changdi oven. Bake for about 10 minutes. Put a layer of tin paper on it to prevent paste.
