Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:First wash the orange with salt, then slice i

  2. Step2:Put the sliced orange into a small pot, add 20g of sugar, then add 130g of water, and cook for 3 minutes over medium and low heat

  3. Step3:Take it out and drain it and put it on the paper towel for standby

  4. Step4:Prepare two oil-free, anhydrous and clean pots. Separate the yolk from the protein

  5. Step5:Put 65g orange slices of sugar water, corn oil and 10g of sugar in a bowl with egg yolk. Mix well with egg beater

  6. Step6:Sift the low gluten flour into the yolk solution

  8. Step8:Drop 3 drops of lemon juice into the egg white; (white vinegar can be used instead of lemon juice if there is no one at home
