Step1:Cut the leftover pork head, shredded mustard mustard, chopped shallot, shredded cherry and radish, and shredded sweet beans after blanching. These can be done in the gap between the noodles. If you don't have time to cut vegetables that morning, you can prepare them one night in advance and seal them with plastic wrap.
Step2:Buy fresh noodles one night in advance. Boil the water in the morning. Cook the noodles. Drain. You can't pass the cold water. Sprinkle some chili oil on spicy food.
Step3:Pour all the ingredients into the noodle bowl.
Step4:Open mix. Open eat.
