The necessary food reserve for night shift is easy to make, delicious and convenient.
Step1:Cool the newly cooked rice to the extent that it is not hot. Add the vinyline, sushi vinegar and cooked black sesame and mix well.
Step2:Cucumber. Cut the ham into strips.
Step3:Put a piece of seaweed on the bamboo curtain. Spread the rice evenly. Leave a space of about 1cm on the top. Put cold water on it. Then squeeze on some mayonnaise. Put on a cucumber bar, a big root bar, a ham sausage bar and some meat floss. Roll it up. Pinch it tight.
Step4:Cut into 1.5cm blocks. The seasoned sushi roll is delicious without any sauce.
Cooking tips:I've tried to make leftovers overnight before. The rice is not sticky. It's very loose. When it's cut, it's broken. So it's still not suitable for leftovers. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
