Step1:Soak Thai bud glutinous rice in water overnight. Drain water and steam it.
Step2:Mix the sushi vinegar and sugar well in advance. The ratio of vinegar and sugar is 1.5-1.
Step3:Add sushi vinegar (I added it when it was warm) and sugar to the rice. Stir well.
Step4:Put the sushi bamboo curtain on the table. Put the sushi laver on it. Use the sushi shovel to put the rice on the laver. Press evenly.
Step5:Sprinkle the fleshy pine in the middle of one end. Slowly roll up the bamboo curtain and press it. Set it for 5 minutes.
Step6:Use a serrated knife to cut off the rotary table evenly.
