I love all kinds of heavy cheeses when I'm not in touch with baking. I tried many recipes during learning baking. This is RuiRu's favorite. In fact, heavy cheese is not so difficult. It's very suitable for beginners. Just stir well-
Step1:Add 20g lemon paste to the cream and stir. After mixing, it will be slightly thickened.
Step2:Cream cheese softens at room temperature. Add 35g lemon sauce. 10g white sugar. Mix well.
Step3:Mix the cream cheese. Add a whole egg. Mix well.
Step4:Add another yolk. Mix well.
Step5:Add about 65ml of first step lemon cream. Mix well. The cake paste is finished.
Step6:RuiRu's Oreo crushing and baking raw materials store has them. Roll the rolling pin and mix in the melted butter. Pour it on the bottom of the mold and press it.
Step7:It's good to pour in 89 minutes of cake paste. Rui, it's hard. It's a little bit more =_=…
Step8:Preheat the oven. 160 ℃. Heat up and down for 40 minutes. There's also drenching noodles at the back. RuiRu doesn't like to change color, so she adds tin paper.
Step9:The rest of the lemon cream. Add 10g lemon paste. 1tsp water. 5g sugar. Mix well and pour over the surface. After cooling, refrigerate for more than four hours.
Step10:One spoon down. Three tastes. Three tastes. Levels. Fusion. (six 2-inch moulds are made in this square.) (cover the hot towel before demoulding.)
Cooking tips:There is sugar in the lemon sauce made by myself. So the sugar Rui in the original recipe is reduced. The favorite of heavy cheese is the fragrance of the thing itself. The rich milk and the refreshing lemon blend very well. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
