Six inch mold. Water bath 180 degrees. 50 minutes.
Step1:Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Add sugar in several times and beat well.
Step2:Dissolve the cocoa powder with a little warm water and light cream (about 50g for me). Set aside.
Step3:Add the remaining light cream into the cheese paste in several times. Mix well. Add the cocoa cream from the previous step. Mix well.
Step4:Sift in the low flour. Mix gently.
Step5:Pour into the mold. Open the oven.
