Step1:Rinse scallops.
Step2:Boil the water in the pot. Pour all the scallops into the boiling water. Boil for 1 to 3 minutes. Open all the shells. Remove and rinse with cold water.
Step3:Open the shell. Remove the internal organs. Set the plate. Evenly pour the homemade sauce with a spoon. Homemade sauce (take a small bowl, add in soy sauce, vinegar, oil consumption, steamed fish and soy sauce, rice wine, salt and sugar). Then sprinkle with scallion and mashed garlic.
Step4:Boil the water. Put on the steamer. Steam on low heat for 20 minutes. It's absolutely delicious.
