Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Shepherd's purse is washed clean and chopped. No need for scalding wate

   Step2:Winter bamboo shoots. Chop carrot and shepherd's purse with minced meat and seasoning.

   Step3:Mix cassava flour and corn starch 1-1. Stir with boiling water. Knead hard to make dough while it is hot. Knead into strips and divide into small pieces.
