Step1:Cut the spareribs into small pieces. Soak the blood water and drain it. Then add the spareribs sauce, onion, basil leaves, cooking wine, a little soy sauce, chicken powder, black pepper and marinate for about 30 minutes.
Step2:Heat the oil pan and fry the marinated spareribs one by one. Remember not to put in the green onion, or you will get beard. It's OK to fry as much as you like. (there will be a lot of sauces and green onions in the bowl for marinating ribs.) Fry both sides.
Step3:When the ribs are about to be fully cooked, add coconut juice, a little cooking wine, soy sauce, basil leaves and the previously marinated spareribs and green onions. When the coconut juice is about to be dried, add green and red peppers, a little sugar and stir fry them quickly. Stir them to get the sugar color. Finally add some broccoli decoration to achieve success
