Step1:Remove the roots from the bean sprouts. Wash and dry.
Step2:Small and medium heat dry pot without water or oil. Put bean sprouts and add some salt. Stir fry until there is no water.
Step3:Soften and replace.
Step4:Put the oil in the pot. Stir fry the dried green onion and pepper in 70% heat.
Step5:Put in the bean sprouts. Add the soy sauce, salt and stir fry. Finally, put some chicken essence.
