Leicha is the hometown of our Taohuajiang people, and it's also a necessary hospitality drink for our families. We have also prepared a set of tools for making challenge tea in Guangzhou. Ha ha. Regular drinking of Leicha can also beautify your face.
Step1:1. Prepare the materials first - the ripe peanuts I use. Peel off the shells and remove the red coat. The sesame seeds are brought from my hometown and have been washed. 2. First, pour the peanuts into the bowl and mash them. 3. Pour in sesame and mash. The worse, the better. 4. Add water in slowly. Remember to add little by little. While adding water, beat. Let the water combine. Slowly dissolve into milky white. The tea is finished. Note - if you like to drink sweet, you can add sugar or crystal sugar before adding water. Just beat together.
Step2:Finished tea. Is it like milk? Drink it well.
Cooking tips:I only use two ingredients. Generally, I want to put tea. I don't like it. I didn't put it. If you like to eat sweet, you can add sugar in the last step and smash it together. There are many flavors of challenge tea. For example, Houttuynia challenge tea, Anhua ginger salt challenge tea. You can also add fried rice in the challenge tea, or fried tender corn, fried beans and so on. It will taste better. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
