A simple fried chicken rice made by myself at home. It's Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Wansheng is a grandpa's chain store.
Step1:Wash and drain the chicken leg.
Step2:Separate the flesh and bones of the chicken leg and remove the skin.
Step3:Cut into small pieces.
Step4:Put the cut chicken leg meat into a bowl. Mix in salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, black pepper powder and Orleans marinade. Stir well with chopsticks. Let stand for 1 hour or more.
Step5:Put an egg in the marinated chicken, then add corn starch and medium gluten flour.
Step6:Mix with chopsticks.
Step7:Pour more oil into the pot. Heat it over high heat. When the oil is 70% hot, put in the chicken. Fry it over medium heat until it is golden yellow, and then fish out.
Step8:It'll be crisper if it's fried again.
