Step1:Wash the spareribs with water and drain off the wate
Step2:Cut scallion and ginger into foam. Mix in spareribs. Add in cornflour, salt and pepper, salt, monosodium glutamate and cooking wine. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours
Step3:When the ribs taste good, add oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add the ribs and start frying. Fry until it is 7 minutes old, then return to the pot
