I bought two radishes. One is steamed. This one is made into pickled radish. It's crispy, sweet, sour and spicy. Eating radish often is good for health. The key is easy to do.
Step1:One white radish. Prepare a container without water or oil.
Step2:Cut into half round slices. Put the thick slices in the container. The shape is random. Marinate for 20 minutes. Pour out the water from the radish.
Step3:Add white rice vinegar, sugar and millet pepper. Drop a few drops of white wine.
Step4:Put it in the refrigerator and seal it for 24 hours.
Step5:It's crispy. It's simple and delicious.
Cooking tips:Salt has been put at the beginning. No need to put it at the back. Millet pepper is very hot. I put two hot enough. I can put more hot ones. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
