Red bean paste is better when I like to make stuffing. This time I made fine bean paste to make egg yolk crispy and mutton soup. If the cooks who like the granular bean paste like me can mix half of the granular bean fry.
Step1:Soak the red beans for about 6 hours. Rinse them. Add twice the amount of water to boil them. Simmer until soft and waxy.
Step2:Boil until the soup is lower than the red bean. Cool the red bean.
Step3:Beat the red beans into fine red bean paste.
Step4:Add the mashed red beans into the sugar and put them into the non stick frying pan.
Step5:It's hard to stir fry until the spoon is turned. The bean paste is half dry. The bean paste is ready.
