Spring leek is very tender and fresh. It's crispy and sweet with onions. Challenge your taste buds. It's the first time I've done it with onions.

Step2:Chop leeks and onions.
Step3:In the meat filling, add cooking wine and salt to mix clockwise, then add raw soy sauce, oil consumption, white pepper, corn starch and old soy sauce to mix clockwise. Slowly warm the water so that the meat is fully absorbed.
Step4:Stir until the meat is smooth. I added half a bowl of water. It's juicy enough.
Step5:Put in the chives. Heat the peanut oil in the pan and cool it. Stir in the meat stuffing.
Step6:Take half of the stuffing and stir in the onion.
Step7:Take a small piece of dough and make it into a round cake. Make a hole in the middle with your hand. Cut off. Roll the long strip. Cut the hob into small dosage forms.
Step8:Press the circle. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a round skin. It's packing. It's full of stuffing. First from the middle. Then on both sides. Three times each.
Step9:Beautiful dumplings. Add a little salt to the water. It doesn't boil well. Add 3 times of cold water.
Step10:The skin is thin and the filling is rich. There is also juice. It's better to dip it in sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, oil and spicy).
Step11:It's really good.
