Step1:1. Slice or shred beef. Add onion and ginge
Step2:2. Add egg, pepper powder, salt, soy sauce and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 20 minute
Step3:3. Add proper corn starch and flour to the marinated stuffing. Wrap it well and marinate for 15 minutes
Step4:4. Heat the pan and let the oil go. Fry it over medium and small heat. I've fried it twice
