This dish is quite common in Henan. I got married last year and went back to my husband's house. My mother-in-law made this dish. Seven of us fell in love with it at the same time. So I'm like my mother-in-law.
Step1:Pick fresh locust flowers. It's better to have white bracts and fresh flowers.
Step2:Take off all the buds and wash them. It is recommended to wash them several times, because there are many insects. Then leave it to cool and dry.
Step3:After the water is dried, pour in the flour. Remember to dry it a little.
Step4:Rub the flour into the flower bud by hand. It's not easy for the flower bud to eat the flour with chopsticks. Boil the water and steam. Steam for 8 minutes.
Step5:After steaming, add minced garlic, salt and sesame oil while it's hot. Salt must be put last, because adding salt early is easy to get out of water. That's easy.
