This is my hometown's special taste. The curry powder used is not a curry block. The curry powder is refreshing and has a unique taste. We've been eating since childhood. Step1:I soaked rice noodles in boiling water for about half an hour. I bought some treasure's thick rice noodles. My hometown's rice noodles are very thick. I can't buy them because they are not my hometown's specialty.
Step2:Cut chicken legs into pieces and blanch them in hot water. Then stew them with mushrooms. Add wine, ginger, scallion.

Step6:Add rice noodles. Boil. Add salt. Ham sausage can be boiled in a pot or put directly in a bowl.
