Thanks to douguoda's teaching. I learned how to pour eggs and cakes. But I read everyone's Posts and found it hard to bubble. Through personal practice for many times, I found a better way to bubble and share it with you.
Step1:Prepare 300g flour. Add some salt and hot water slowly. Stir while adding. Add hot water to make the flour more flexible. Finally, add cold water slowly to cool. Knead into a smooth dough.
Step2:Put 3 eggs in the bowl. Add the water of an egg. In order to save some eggs.
Step3:Divide the dough into about 8 small dough on average. The quantity is optional.

Step7:Flatten it and roll it into a circle with a rolling pin. Usually the other Da people come to the pot at this step. But I've done it n times. I haven't succeeded in foaming once. So those who don't get up need to do more.
Step8:Fold up the face pairs just rolled out, and then knead them into a ball by hand. Then roll them out again
Step9:My electric cake holder. Add oil and heat. Turn on the upper and lower fires. Spread the dough. Cover the cover. Heat for about 1 minute
Step10:Open the lid in a minute. You'll find that the dough is bulging
Step11:Use chopsticks and wooden shovels to pull apart the blistering film on it. If you can't open it, you can apply the egg directly on the surface of the skin, then turn it over and heat it.
Step12:Pour in some egg white. Cover and turn over. Heat for a while
