This bean curd was taught by my grandmother. It's wild vegetable before. The calcium content is very high. It's 2-3 times of spinach. And the oxalic acid content is very low. Step1:I don't know much about this dish. It's tofu. It's also called ruanjiang Ye.
Step2:Wash. Chop.
