There are a few dumpling skins left in the pot stickers. I'm too lazy to make stuffing. So I made scallion pancakes with porridge for breakfast.
Step1:Wash and shred shallots. Mix well with salt and cooking oi
Step2:Put a little oil on the chopping board. Put a piece of dumpling skin on it. Scoop out a little onion and oil mixture and spread them on the dumpling skin
Step3:Put another piece of dumpling skin. Continue to spread the mixture of onion and oil
Step4:Repeat the previous step. Spread 5 pieces of dumpling skin in total. The last dumpling skin does not need to be covered with onion. Roll it with a rolling pin
Step5:Fry in a nonstick pan over low heat
Step6:Break in the eggs
Step7:Break the yolk with chopsticks
Step8:Fry and cut into pieces.
