Cooking Steps

   Step1:First mix the flour with hot water. Then divide the flour into several parts according to the size of the cake. Use a rolling pin to roll it flat, and then mix the onion, pepper and salt to make the cake.

   Step2:Put oil in the pan. Put the scallion oil cake into the pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Then turn the cake over and bake for the same time.
